Tigran Karakhanyan is the Financial Director, supervises the planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury, and financial control functions. Being an expert in the field of finance and economics, he held the position of the head of the budgeting and managerial/financial reporting department at “Rosneft–Armenia” CJSC (2015-2022), and later became the CFO of “Derjava” Group of Companies.

He is an alumnus of the Armenian State University of Economics, the Management faculty. After becoming a post-graduate student, defended a dissertation in the field of the economy and its branch management. He holds PhD in Economics (received in 2011). Being a proficient scholar in management he taught for 5 years MA students at the Armenian State University of Economics and supervised research theses.

Tigran Karakhanyan is the author of several scientific articles.
