Tamar Gelashvili is the General Manager of Chronograph Georgia, a Galaxy Group company.

She previously served in senior positions at Retail Group Georgia, Alkhokair Group, including as Operations Manager for Zara & Inditex Group, Regional HR Manager and as Zara Kids Brand Manager for Caucasus Region.

Tamar managed 32 Zara & Inditex stores with more than 300 employees in the region, developed monitoring and appraisal policies and procedures for them, oversaw the facilities, operations, and maintenance management for 8 stores, among other key accomplishments. She also contributed to organization of  Segafredo Zanetti Espresso startup in Georgia as a Brand Manager.

She has enhanced PR and Communications skills, developed through serving as a Chief Editor of Magazine “Line” at Georgian National Airlines, and contributing to PR efforts at Georgia’s leading first GSM operator Geocell as well as at Model Agency “Natalie”. Also, she co-founded and owned “Happy Day” Wedding and Event Planning Company, ensuring design and organization of diverse events.

Tamar has a graduate diploma in Finances and Bank Management from Georgia Technical University.
