Hrarpi Aghabekyan is the Head of Human Resources Management of Megafood

She is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Human Resources strategy, crafting the company’s internal regulations, overseeing their implementation, and nurturing the internal corporate culture and values. Prior to assuming this role, Hrarpi held the position of Head of Human Resources Management in several International companies. 

Hrarpi pursued studies at Khorenatsi University in the Faculty of Romano-Germanic and in Human Resources Management within the Sociology Faculty at Yerevan State University.
