Hasmik Gevorgyan is the Chief Executive Officer of Upay, where she directs the company’s strategic vision and leads its expansion in the financial market. With expertise spanning Digital Banking, Payments, E-commerce, and iGaming, Hasmik focuses on driving innovation and forging strategic partnerships to drive Upay’s growth.

A significant part of Hasmik’s career was in the banking sector, where she held various leadership roles in Digital Banking, Payments, and E-commerce, playing a key role in developing and launching new products. From 2022 to 2024, she transitioned to the IT and iGaming industry, leading Product and Integrations at Relum.

Hasmik holds an MA in Management Information Systems and a BA in Economics from Yerevan State University, along with an Executive MBA from the University of Sheffield. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and holds a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Actively engaged in the professional community, Hasmik is an alumna of City College Sheffield University and a Reforge member. She has lectured at the Slavonic University of Armenia and the IAB Center and is frequently invited as a speaker and panelist at product and project management events. Her leadership emphasizes user-centric solutions, digital transformation, and operational excellence, with a core belief in building a professional team and celebrating shared successes.
