Artur Karapetyan is the customer service director of Ucom, a member of Galaxy Group. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, policy, process development, key results, projects, and initiatives of the customer service directorate.

Artur oversees the execution of accounts receivable and provides 24/7 service and support for all customer bases in both B2C and B2B sectors.

Artur Karapetyan has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications. He joined Ucom in 2014. During 2012-14, he worked at VEON Armenia (“Beeline” trademark).

He has held the position of Customer Service Director at Ucom company since 2022. Before that, he was the head of the customer relations department for two years.

Artur Karapetyan is a graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the State Engineering University of Armenia and has participated in various qualification and training courses.
