Rima Khachatryan is the Director of Human Resources Management of Yerevan Mall, a member company of the Galaxy group.

She is responsible for HR Strategy development and implementation and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Satisfaction, Performance management, as well as maintaining Company Culture and improving HR policies

Rima joined Yerevan Mall in 2014 as an assistant to the General Director.

She is a graduate of the YSU Faculty of Oriental Studies, and studied at Cairo University for a year. Rima has received a Strategic HR Leader Certificate from the Academy of Innovation in Human Resource Management (AIHR).
