Karen Sargsyan is the IT Director at Ucom. He is responsible for the organization’s information technology strategy and implementation.

He is developing and aligning IT initiatives with business goals, evaluating and implementing emerging technologies. He is also responsible for IT Infrastructure, Billing and Charging systems, etc.

He started his professional career in 2005 in VivaCell-MTS Armenia holding various key positions in the fields of IT, Billing, Revenue Assurance, VAS, Planning, Software Development and Project Management.

Karen holds a BA in Economics from Artsakh State University and MA in Finance and Economics from Yerevan State University.
