Lusine Vardanyan is the Chief HR Officer of TI’ME Armenia. She is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy across all countries of operation. She oversees key areas within the HR department, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Satisfaction, Performance Management, Company Culture maintenance, and the continuous improvement of HR policies.

Lusine joined TI’ME in 2017 as Group Training and Development Coordinator, overseeing three countries. She later took on the role of HR lead for the Armenian company. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law from the Russian-Armenian University.

In addition to her professional work, Lusine has been actively involved in various international projects and programs since the early 2000s, volunteering for initiatives focused on refugees, international peace, and community development.
