Hovhannes is the Chief Executive Officer of Santafe Cafe & Restaurant and Cofix Armenia.

His professional journey began at HSBC Bank Armenia, where he held various roles and was quickly promoted to Wealth and Personal Banking Operations as Business Performance Change and Portfolio Officer, leading various projects at retail banking.

After HSBC, Hovhannes became Chief Operating Officer at Coffee House Company, the largest coffee-shop chain in Armenia. Over 2 years, he introduced structured operations, policy manuals, cost controls, and digitalization processes.

Hovhannes holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from ASUE.
