Call & Contact Center World Expo, which is Europe’s annual premier platform for presenting the latest technologies and innovations in the field of customer service, had a representative from Armenia this year. IUNetworks introduced its solutions for Armenian developers alongside major companies in the field such as Google, IBM, Avaya and Oracle. With more than 350 participants, about 150 experts, and 5,000 professionals who shape the future of customer service, the London Expo has registered more than 20,000 visitors this year.
