Arpi Aghajanyan is the Head of the Human Resources Department at Megafood. In this role, she oversees strategic HR leadership, organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture development, compliance, as well as HR analytics and reporting, ensuring alignment between human capital and business objectives.

She is a distinguished Human Resources leader with over 15 years of extensive experience in shaping and advancing corporate culture. Her professional background spans both financial and corporate sectors, where she has built strong expertise in high-standard organizational management and HR transformation.

She has previously held senior roles at the Central Bank of Armenia as HR Business Partner and at Byblos Bank Armeniaas Senior HR Officer. She also served as Head of HR Administration at SoftConstruct, where she focused on HR operations, structural development, and supporting dynamic organizational growth.

Arpi Aghajanyan holds a degree from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Economics, where she gained a strong academic foundation in economics and business studies.
