His key accomplishments include significant increases in revenue and profit, as well as successful market expansions, alongside a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

    Ruchdi Abou Haka brings a strong track record of leadership across some of the region’s most recognized hospitality groups. He has served as CEO and Board Advisor at Burj Al Hamam Group, where he guided strategic direction and growth, and as Managing Director at PAUL International, overseeing international operations and brand expansion.

    He also held the role of Senior Director of F&B at Meraas, contributing to the development of large-scale dining concepts, and Vice President of F&B at AZADEA Group, where he managed diverse portfolios and drove operational excellence across multiple markets.

    Ruchdi Abou Haka holds a BBA in Hotel Management (January 1990) from ISTHIA, Université Toulouse, one of France’s recognized institutions specializing in tourism, hospitality, and food service management.
