Zaruhi joined Galaxy Group in February 2026 as the Group Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Galaxy Group, Zaruhi worked in KPMG for over 20 years. Zaruhi’s position was Director, Head of Consulting in KPMG Armenia and Georgia.

Zaruhi has broad consulting experience in a number of sectors, covering both local and international markets. Areas of sector expertise includes: financial services, public sector, telecommunication, energy and natural resources, retail and consumer markets, hospitality and real estate, agriculture.

With over 20 years of experience in consulting, Zaruhi has delivered a broad range of services, including financial analysis, business process improvement, PMO services, ESG and climate change advisory, HR consulting, compliance reviews, integrity and compliance due diligence as well as forensic investigations, internal audit support and internal controls design, implementation and monitoring, along with market and feasibility studies, market research, and benchmarking.

Zaruhi holds Degree of honor in Economics, from Yerevan State University of Economics. In addition, Zaruhi is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Zaruhi is fond of teaching. She was lecturer in the America University of Armenia, as well as taught classes for ACCA students.
